What is the proper way for me to take Herbalife?? These are the products I was given…?
The person I bought Herbalife from didn’t explain to me very well the proper way to take all of the products she gave to me. I read online that it must be taken a certain way and taken properly or it will not work. Being that I spent $214 on everything, I want to make sure it doesn’t go to waste. I want and NEED to make sure I do this correctly. My doctor is really on my case about losing weight. Here are the products I have:
- Herbalife Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix (Pina Colada flavored)
- Personalized Protein Powder (for hunger control and energy)
- Herbal Aloe Concentrate (Mango flavored)
- Florafiber tablets
- Herbal Tea Concentrate (for energy and metabolism – lemon flavored)
- Active Fiber Complex (Apple flavored)
- 21 Day Herbal Cleansing Program (AM/PM Tablets)
Please let me know in which order to take all of this… as in please set up the schedule/plan for me. I am overwhelmed and so lost….. THANKS!!!!
