Protein Shake
What kind of protein shake would you recommend?
I am trying to get more lean and cut while working out. I don’t want a protein shake/mix that is just gonna add mass for me. I really don’t want to get bigger, just lean and cut. Plus, I don’t want to take any weird supplements that are pills. Regular shakes or mixes is what I want (like Muscle Milk) What would you recommend, that’s not overly expensive either.

Get optimum nutrition brand(they’re the cheapest/no frills), and a flavor that you like.
Use it as a meal supplement and make sure you do aerobic workouts…something that gets the blood pumping for at least 30 minutes every day. More is always better.
Remember this simple equation Calories in=Calories out.
Put more cals on the left, you’re gonna get heavier…more cals on the right, you’re gonna lose weight!
